Dolphin Paver Seals – Terms of Service

By booking a service with Dolphin Paver Seals (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms:

Services Provided
We specialize in paver sealing, joint re-sanding, and related maintenance for driveways, patios, and other paved surfaces. All services are performed according to industry best practices.

Quotes & Estimates
All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may change based on actual measurements, condition of the surface, or additional work requested.

Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required to secure your service date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Scheduling & Cancellations
We aim to complete projects within the agreed time frame (typically 2 days). Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations.

Warranties & Limitations
We offer a limited warranty on sealing services as outlined in your service agreement. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper maintenance, natural wear and tear, or acts of nature.

Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide clear access to the work area and ensure all vehicles, furniture, and personal items are removed before the scheduled service.

Liability
Dolphin Paver Seals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
